By using Oxygen software and Mainframe services provided by Mjolnir Research, Inc., you agree to use the product lawfully, keep credentials secure, and not abuse hosted AI quotas or reverse-engineer payment controls. The desktop app is provided as-is while in active development.

Hosted AI

Hosted model and media usage is subject to the upstream provider’s acceptable-use and safety policies (including responses related to self-harm). Oxygen does not run a separate safety model; those controls belong to the providers you call under your plan.

Subscriptions and Stripe

Paid plans are billed and renewed through Stripe. You can cancel in the same Stripe Customer Portal you use to subscribe (Manage in Stripe in the app). Cancellation is available there on the same timeline as signup — there is no longer cancel path than subscription. Renewal receipts and billing notices are sent by Stripe, not by a separate Oxygen reminder system.

Your files

Oxygen does not host your project files or organization library on our servers, and does not store your content in public user buckets. Work files remain on your machine.
